The quick rebuild instructions are:

1) Install cygwin from http://www.cygwin.com/ Make sure you install the gcc
and g++ compilers, autoconf, automake and the X11 libs.

2) Unzip the A+ source code into a working directory. Make sure you preserve
the file tree structure.

3) In a cygwin prompt move to the A+ working directory and run ./rebuild
This should create a copy of A+ under c:\aplus

4) Test A+ by running aplus.exe from the cygwin prompt.
